The objective of the Sub-Fund is to track the evolution of the DAX® (the 'Index'). The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve its objective by (i) investing at least 75% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of shares issued in one or more European Union member states the remainder of the assets being invested into equities and fixed or variable debt instruments (ii) and entering into a total return swap agreement (the 'Swap') to track the evolution of the Index.
